Actually I was amazed at the knowledge and professionalism that the installer Chad had when he came to our house and replaced the cracked windshield on my wife’s Cadillac. This gentleman operates like a well oiled machine. From start to finish he is a master at his job and his work ethic is not in question. A fantastic experience and very glad we selected Safelite. If you want it done correctly choose Safelite.

I’m always looking for great and real reviews. Like i mentioned in the survey the service rep was very helpful scheduling my appointment. Especially after the back and forth with my insurance agent. Technician manny was very communicative during the entire process which i appreciated, he was fast and efficient as well.

Worst company to deal with, They don't answer their phone even for the main office. they lie and say they were at the property but cameras don't lie, so they change their statement, they were at the wrong address and hang up. had to reschedule for 4 days later and they still have never confirmed the address. They advertise same day service, not this branch. requested a call back by multiple emails because they don't answer the phone, still no contact. They can be incompetent because they have a deal with Geico. I cant call anyone else, if you can call some one else do it. George is a liar. Horrible Wednesday, replace the window they misplaced my molding And all of a sudden my auxiliary battery needed to be replaced. These repairs cost me $1200 once the technician left my property. I would never use this company

I want to start by saying the technician was punctual, courteous, and professional throughout the visit. I received a courtesy call asking if they could arrive earlier, which I appreciated, and the work itself was completed quickly and efficiently. However, I have to base this review on what matters most to me, and that is safety. Before the work began, I specifically asked if I should remove items from my vehicle, including my daughter’s booster seat, to make the process safer and easier. I was told it would not be necessary. Trusting that guidance, I left everything in place. After the job was completed, although the technician made an effort to clean up, I found glass fragments inside my daughter’s booster seat. This is extremely concerning. Any parent understands how dangerous this can be, as children naturally touch everything and can easily injure themselves. To be clear, I am not upset, but I am very disappointed. This is not about the difficulty of working with glass, it is about taking proper precautions, especially when safety was directly discussed beforehand. In my past experiences with Safelite, this has never been an issue, which is why I trusted the process. Bec

My experience at this location was great from start to finish. The staff checked me in quickly, explained everything clearly, and kept things moving without any hassle. The technician who worked on my car did an excellent job and treated me with the utmost respect. He was professional, polite, and made sure everything was done right. Overall, the service was smooth, the people were helpful, and I left feeling confident about the work they did.
